Hello, I am putting together a learning segment for online facilitators and how they can use 'serendipity' for marketing their online event or learning activity:

I agree with Beth that you get out what you put in as far as serendipity is concerned. Bur the trouble is, organisations often see you 'wasting' time but do not recognise the benefits.
